Mandalas
The Mandalas were inspired by Weinberg's frequent trips to Asia where he was captivated by ancient symbols and the Zen like energy flowing from them. The hole in the center of these pieces is a direct reference to Chinese holed "cash" coins, a currency form not seen in the Western world.
