Chinese inspired "dragon" carp cast in high quality colored or clear glass and metal leaf. Whimsical cast carp represent longevity and fertility in Chinese cultural traditions and are a fun and unique display piece for home or office and make a wonderful gift for those interested in Eastern themes. One side shows the fishes' details (scales, fins, etc.) in full bas relief while the reverse is flat and highly polished, displaying the glass in simple fish silhouette. Hand cast and finished by master glass artisans in our Warren RI studio. Available in solid blue, blue/silver leaf, yellow, violet, clear, and clear/gold leaf, please see notes and photos below.
